The gruelling work in the field from dawn to dusk, creates a precious time surrounded by your own family. But a dream is a dream, and this is how our family began to produce Extra Virgin Olive Oil.

In a spectacular spot, with a favourable weather, we focus on the production of olive oil, but not any olive oil, but one of the best Gourmet olive olils the Valencian territory.

After decades of effort the dream finally became reality and Bucària is today one of the most appreciated olive oils by consumers in Spain and abroad. An ecological oil, rich in nuances, aromas and exceptional quality.
