The love for the environment and our land make us practice organic farming, avoiding indiscriminate exploitation and without the use of chemicals harmful to the environment and the body. This way of cultivation produces more healthy and nutritious olives, in a natural way.
Our organic olive oil is made with the variety “Arbequina” which is characterized by a great resistance to cold and to have a calibre between one and two centimeters.
We use it to produce a High-Quality Early Harvest Extra Virgin Olive Oil, obtained only with mechanical procedures and cold extraction system.
